What you'll do : - Work closely with the global team to continually develop and refresh the D&I Strategy providing guidance and consultation to business leaders, senior managers, Employee Experience team, Communications function and all employees. - Manage multiple D&I projects from initiation to execution working collaboratively through the business and its Stakeholders - Build strong partnerships and relationships with business and HR partners across our global team. Help drive strategies to promote a culture of belonging that accepts all - Design and deliver programs ranging from mentoring, sponsorship, workshops and keynotes etc. that provide positive change in our business and ROI - Work closely with the internal communications team to maintain and monitor D&I events calendar and organize company-wide subject experts to help Capability Center on its journey - Conduct Inclusion related learning in collaboration with the L&OD team to promote active change management for all employees. - Increase our brand reputation as an organization that is known for fairness in its talent attraction and recruitment practices to hire the best diverse talent. - Work closely with the Recruitment team and Employee Experience team to increase diverse talent attraction and increase inclusivity in our recruitment practices - Cultivate our diversity network groups, connect employees with external experts and support our networks to improve our workplace culture. Suggest and consider innovations for our network group position. - Run and continually improve our annual D&I Survey and gender pay reporting to ensure we collect the right information that informs our strategy - Use relevant research data to show the ROI of D&I. In addition, identify demographic trends and best practices that enhance inclusion efforts - Reviewing policies What you need to succeed : - 12+ years of experience, with 5+ years of experience in managing Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging related programs - Master's degree or equivalent - Understanding of and subject matter expertise in key areas of organizational culture and the legislative framework that supports Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging - Deep understanding of the latest D&I trends within the market to enable an innovative approach to creating an inclusive culture - Experience in building D&I initiatives, measuring success, and identifying key areas of business for improvement with an emphasis on tracking progress - Experience working in a global team with cultural agility to apply nuance and localize solutions for country or regionally-specific needs - Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across a global organization - Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple in-flight initiatives - Communication strategy skills with an understanding of how to make complex messages land within a large organization - Demonstrated track record of working effectively with a range of cross-functional partners - Comfortable working with elements of ambiguity and with a sense of humor - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results orientated environment that demands excellence. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop relationships with all levels of employees.
