What will the incumbent do?
- Lead end to end implementation of all DEI initiatives
- Partner with DEI Council to identify opportunities and build action plans
- Draft DEI report to share insights and track progress
- Manage budgets, payments, empaneled partner/ vendor relationships
- Research on frameworks, concepts, tools, industry practices
- Implement organization-wide OD and learning projects/initiatives
Must Have:
- Ability to ideate, design
- Ability to multitask and deliver in stretched timelines
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to analyze quantitative data
- Budget Management
