Location - Mumbai/Pune

B.E (Mech/ Electronics/ Elec/ IP) from Tier 1 colleges ( Compulsory)

- MBA Ops from NITIE/SIOM /SP Jain/IIM/ISB - ( essential)

- Year of exp - 5 -15 yrs

Job Description :

- Should have strong experience in handling distribution, supply chain .

- Heading end to end Supply Chain function of entire business and responsible for following areas : Procurement, Logistics, Stores & commercial.

- Develop operational plans for company and present to the board for discussion and approval.

- Provide effective and quality direction to Commercial, Operations and Logistics function to attain higher productivity and continuously improve revenue earning.

- Build client relationship, negotiate commercial terms & developing contracts.

- You will secure tactical & strategic logistics solutions in providing a best in class logistics integration.

- Supervise and co-ordinate tactical distribution and WH activities with the main focus on maintaining a robust execution with responsibilities to function as an advisor and a business representative in distribution/WH matters and by that a coordinator of development towards other organizations.

- Further develop and enhance the distribution/WH solutions on global, regional and local level.

- Provide business analysis, development programs and recommendations within defined business scope and responsibilities, based on customer/stakeholder requirements.

- Support RDM's to conduct Operations.

- TMS roll out and maintenance.

- Support in Invoice Control post TMS deployment.

- Creation Monthly Distribution dashboards & prepare monthly distribution related cost reports

- Week to week basis Operational Capacity management

- Network optimization

- Service Management on operational matters.
