Legal Risk and Compliance (National and International)

- Legal Audits/ Legal Due Diligence / Legal Regulatory

- Legal Research

Compliance Management and Support :

- Evaluating statutes pertaining to labour, environment, health and safety, securities, corporate, banking, non-banking, foreign exchange other industry specific laws applicable to clients by virtue of their business operations and geographic locations.

- Identifying the correct compliance provisions under the relevant applicable laws.

- Creating a comprehensive Compliance Analysis Report on the relevant compliance provisions in order to present clients with an easy-to-use checklist of actionable on their part.

- Periodically revising the compliance inventory in order to keep it up-to-date with the recent legislative changes and amendments made in the government policies and procedures that has a direct impact on client's business operations.

- Tracking the daily changes and amendments on banking, non-banking, foreign exchange, corporate and securities related laws from certain government websites such as RBI, MCA and SEBI.

- Summarizing such changes and amendments tracked, especially emphasizing on the modification or alteration in the existing legal scenario due to such change and amendment and the current legal position as it stand after such change and amendment.

- Providing such summarized updates to the clients as per their customized requirements, either as an immediate update (in case the update has immediate impact on the client's business operations) or as a monthly summary.

- Ensuring an overall compliance support to Indian as well as International clients and work in close coordination with international law firms on the relevant international legislation as applicable to the international clients
