Manager - Direct to Customer - Personal Care - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (5-12 yrs)
Role:
The Direct-to-Consumer Manager will be responsible for driving the project to launch the D2C websites for key brands. Key responsibility would include creating end-to-end consumer journey for a best-in-class shopping experience for our consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Brands online sales. Monitor online sell-in & sell-out experience.
- Monitor and enhance the online sales strategy.
- Ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, and navigation, branding/marketing performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
- Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies.
Requisite Experience:
- Engineering graduate or equivalent course/MBA from Tier I college.
- Min 7+ years of relevant experience
- In depth understanding on web design and web analytics.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and user experience that result in customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Ability to specify technical changes to Digital IT teams.
- Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics, to perform CTR and conversion.
