Manager - Direct Taxation - Construction/Infra - CA

We are hiring qualified CA with minimum 7 years of experience post qualification in Direct taxation for Delhi location.

Roles:

- Ensuring timely filing of Income tax returns, revised returns, TDS returns and application for rectifications.

- Ensuring correct calculation and timely deposit of advance tax, MAT and self-assessment tax .

- Ensuring good control by preparing status of taxes, refund, tax audits, transfer pricing, LTDC and other time critical activities from time to time.

- Providing opinions for the queries raised by F&A team regarding various tax matters including on service tax matters.

- Providing support in tax planning, analysis and restructuring with making power point presentations.

- Follow up with tax authorities for refunds, LTDC, rectifications orders etc. Ensuring completion of all statutory compliances on time etc.

- Tax Audit Report and Transfer Pricing Report: As per dates prescribed under the Act
