Direct Taxation - Manager

- CA with 5 to 6 years of experience in Industry.

- Experience of working on direct tax

- Responsible for handling overall Direct tax compliance

- Timely compliance of all direct tax related filling

- Preparing quarterly workings Provision for Tax, Deferred Tax and Effective Tax rates

- Track latest developments / changes in direct tax laws and its implications

- Preparation of response to notices/ letters issued by the tax authorities.

- To liaison with tax authorities for inquiries, notices, rectifications, refunds etc.

- Analysis / review of business agreements / arrangements, and day-to-day support for business queries from Direct tax point of view
