With an employee base of over 25000, presence in over 80+ countries and revenue in excess of USD 12 Billion, they are looking to hire a manger direct tax to handled compliances for India and Bangladesh  Job Description: Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager- Direct Tax, you will be responsible for -   - Supporting Group Tax in Tax Optimization Projects  - Regular Monitoring of India and Bangladesh Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Compliance  - Monitoring India and Bangladesh Tax Strategy & Action Plan to optimize ETR  - Ensuring good documentation culture within team with respect to Tax fillings, assessment/litigation records, Key Tax Position Papers etc.  - Coordinating of 3rd party service providers (Tax Consultants / Auditors etc.) and service delivery management including performance KPIs  Successful applicant: You are a Charted Accountant and have 7- 12 years of post-qualification experience with 3 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing setup. You have a clear understanding Direct Taxation and solid theoretical knowledge of key financial concepts.
