Key Result Areas:
- Maintain India tax compliance of the company (preparation and filing of income tax return, annual information return, advance tax computations)
- Handling the direct tax litigation of the company including representing before various tax authorities for scrutiny assessments, transfer pricing assessments.
- Responsible for meeting direct-tax and transfer pricing regulatory compliance for group entities of India.
- Facilitating for Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Statutory Audits.
- Providing corporate tax related opinions to management.
- Co-coordinating with the local authorities on all direct tax matters.
