We are looking for energetic and passionate Managers who have good network and extensive direct sales experience of enterprise software sales in BFSI domain. Since we aspire to capture the South East Asia market, we would be preferred candidates from the same location, though that is not a constraint for right candidature.
However, the core role focuses on business development, following are some of the key expectations from the role :
- Develop new business through extensive network and sales skill
- Identify target markets and help set sales/delivery strategy
- Qualify prospects, understand pain areas, and manage sales process to closures
- Manage successful customer relationship to meet the business objective
- Manage sales demo and coordinate status meetings
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Clear understanding of market trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- Sharing of sales progress reports and guiding team to achieve targets
