Designation : Manager - Taxation (Direct &amp; Indirect) Location : H.O (Ahmedabad) Education : CA Passed only Experience : 5 to 10 Years KRA's : - Supervise DT and IDT Compliances - Both for Income Tax, TDS, GST etc. - Review IGST Refund on Export and Inverted Duty Structure Refund Working and liasion with Consultant for submission of application&nbsp; - Ensure workings are accurate and no revenue leakage happens - follow up for refunds. - Prepare and submit Tax Audit Schedules to Tax Auditors and ensure timely closure of Tax Audit&nbsp; - To ensure Tax Audit happens smoothly without any qualification and provide all support to the Tax Auditors. - Coordinate with Accounts for any data support required for the completion of Tax Audit. - Prepare Advance Tax Working on Quarterly basis and get Advance Tax paid&nbsp; - Ensure proper Provision is made for Taxation and proper computation is done so as to ensure correct payout and avoidance of excess or short payment. - GL Reconciliation for Advance Tax / Provision for Tax and GST&nbsp; - Will be responsible for the reconciliation and tallying of accounts relating to Provision for Tax, Deferred Tax, Advance Payments, Input Tax Credit, GST Payable / Refundable on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure correct reflection in statutory accounts. - Submit required details to Consultant for Corporate Income Tax Return Filing. - Ensuring ITR is filed in time and all details are provided to the external consultant in that relation.&nbsp; - Checking the Return of Income and Expenditure for accuracy. - Oracle Set up Third Party registration. - Ensuring all data fields as required under tax laws to be correct and all supporting documents in file tyo prevent and losses at a later date.
