IT Product Direct/Field Sales Manager /BDM

2 to 4 Years of Experience in Selling IT Product

MBA with IT Services Selling IT Experience is Preferred

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

We are looking for a young & energetic Sales Development Managers/ Executive for selling our Digital Transformation Products in the assigned territory, with a flair of business development, Channel Appointment and maintaining all our partner relationships consistently.

Responsibilities:

- New Channel Appointment, Channel Development and Management

- Selling Digital Transformation Products and to appoint potential partners in the assigned territory.

- To Achieve and Over exceed the assigned Sales Targets Consistently

- Bring new Channel partners and System Integrators on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners

- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.

- Manage funnels, forecast, and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years to 5 years of Channel handling experience

- Preferred experience from IT (Hardware & Software) /ITES/Digital/Technology Products and Services

- Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably in a direct or field sales role. Familiarity with the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Education MBA or Graduate with 3-5 Years of Channel Handling Experience

- Good Presentation Skills and ability to conduct trainings for company products to channel partners

- Willingness to Travel and handle multiple towns within the State

- Thorough understanding of Channel Sales Programs.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Addition of new client and retention of Existing client.

- Good communication skills, Convincing skill/Negotiation also more prefer

- Need Analysis MSME market owner/retailer and provide the best solution to grow their business

- build sustainable relationships and trust customer accounts through open and interactive
