Manager - Digitalization

- Responsible for effective utilization of digital solutions and system integration across all business units in order to ensure smooth operations.

- Knowldge of emerging technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation in the context of warehousing is a plus

- Experience and knowledge with new age technologies and infrastructure (e.g., drones, AR / VR, etc.)

- Interpret needs and design reports to meet end user expectations to support the business functions.

- Manage multiple projects/tasks and understand unique features and challenges of SaaS applications.

- Conduct research on industry best practices, technologies and bring value by guiding clients to adopt emerging technologies.

- Conduct PoC on emerging technologies and partner with internal stakeholders to evangelize emerging technologies.

- Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting requests.

- Test all new reports/deliverables and periodically review them for quality control.

- Database management which includes uploading, reviewing, and maintaining data to drive process/business.

- Assess, select, and implement appropriate digital tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the various functions within the organization

- Knowledge in building complex SQL, Advanced Excel, and Business Intelligence tools

- Robust logical & analytical concepts in databases

- Understand in customizing software user-wise, building reports and dashboards. CRM (Zoho) or Tableau or Power BI preferred.

- Knowledge of various content creation tools like Microsoft words, PPT, google forms, Canva graphics / Video editors or similar tools.
