- Leading the Go-to-market Strategy & implementation of critical Digital/Tech Transformation initiatives that are expected to create positive impact on unit economics and growth, enhance consumer and seller experience, and keep digital infrastructure ahead of competition .

- Working closely with Senior Leadership and collaborating with key stakeholders to constantly build, evolve and refine digital infrastructure in order to support business goals and to address challenges & bottlenecks through tech interventions

- Defining digital infrastructure development roadmap for Seller Platform & App, Buyer journeys and vital business processes

- Analysing landscape, getting consumer and seller feedback, brainstorming and planning with Business and Product/Tech teams, and defining Business Requirements

- Prioritizing projects by estimating / assessing the potential impact, defining metrics & measures of success MOS) and putting in place monitoring / tracking mechanisms for effective post implementation measurement

- Reviewing and optimizing implemented solutions from time to time and planning modifications and enhancements

- Ensuring operationalization of all such digital transformation initiatives through preset policy and ensuring smooth rollouts and uptake by end consumer via advanced planning, stakeholder alignment and relevant communication & adoption driving tactics
