Manager - Digital Support - BFSI

- Leading financial co is looking for Manager Digital Support based at Goregaon, Mumbai

I- Looking for BE with mini experience of 8 - 10 years. Team handling exp is must . Managing team of 10 Members

- Lead a teamad a team of Application Support Executives

- Perform Incident Management, Service Restoration and or change varification activities

- Prioratise incidents based on priority definitions and guidelines

- Effectively Communicate awareness, issues, alert confirmation and status to all stake holders

- Utilise documentation, change activity, Monitoring tools and expertise to and validate overall environment and provide higher level of support

Must have :

- Experience in monitoring tools, Team handling

- ITIL certified

- Knowldge in Agile CI/CD development environment

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
