Your roles and Responsibilities:

Advisory:

- Develop Digital Vision and Roadmap

- Conduct Stakeholders Interviews and Workshops

- Run Digital design thinking and discovery workshops with strong NBFC or banking use cases

- Develop Detailed Business case

- Execute Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Voice-of-Customer Exercises and Competitive Benchmarking

- Create Customer Journeys and detailed functional and technical capability list for enabling front-end and back-end processes and features

- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to create digital transformation roadmap, conduct Pilots and PoCs

Implementation and Delivery:

- Project Delivery: Lead medium-size teams to deliver projects for clients.

- Responsibilities may include: market research, digital practice analyze, solution design, financial model build

- Lead both business and technology implementation to deliver desired business benefits

Business Development:

- Support efforts of team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice

- Lead the pitch efforts covering proposal development, point of views and market insights

Domain Knowledge:

- Strong experience in banking or NBFC sector around 8-10 years post MBA

- Experience in Housing Finance or Auto Finance or Unsecured Asset products

- Strong knowledge of digital technologies along with fintech solutions existing for NBFC or banking use cases

- Experience of leading large transformational projects such as small finance banks set up, payments bank set up, Housing finance set up, Digital lending, digital bank set up etc.

- Additional experience in Digital payments or wallets will be an advantage

Education qualification:

- B.E. or B. Tech

- MBA
