Looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager for a Real Estate Developer

Responsibilities : 

- Social media expert to manage the social media identity and drive engagement for building & sustaining the brand equity

- Create creative content and great communication skills

- Ability to moderate and lead offline/online conversations, build communities

- Create engaging content and visual assets for SoMe (email, web/online, social posts, banner ads etc) and managing creative ad/digital programs

- Drive and make recommendations regarding how to engage customers to most effectively engage across digital channels and stages of customer journey

- Engages in proactive online reputation management

- Develop ROI driven, creative & content-rich programs for lead gen/funnel generation for Leasing/Retail/ Growth teams

- Monitor online sentiment, social engagement metrics (via tools, Adobe Analytics) to improve CEx

- Expertise in both B2B/B2C segments
