Manager - Digital Sales - Digital Solutions Firm (1-5 yrs)

Region : West Digital
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose :
- To facilitate achievement of volume sales targets and realize sales values in (West), thereby resulting in the maximization of revenues of the team.
Dimensions Of This Role : Focus on :
- Sales Target for the Team / Region : Rs. XX Lacs for the year 2015
- Sales Target for Self (based on assigned Client List) : Rs. XX Lacs for the year 2015
Key Responsibilities :
- Forecasting for the assigned set of clients - as required, based on potential, past trends & expected revenues.
- Ensure Timely consumption of signed deals and hence achievement of monthly & quarterly targets.
- Database Management - updated client & agency base with details, as required.
- Managing paperwork for the respective set of active clients & ensure error free operations.
- Manage Client & Agency relations for the assigned set of accounts to ensure Repeat Business & Retention of Existing advertisers.
- Drive Business Development - source & develop new clients.
- Expected to be updated on Product & Industry Knowledge and share Market Information with the Team.
- Compliance of Management Reports - SIR, WRP, Weekly Reports - as applicable.
Key Behavioral Competencies Required :

- Drive to stay updated on all aspects of the business : Product Knowledge, Client's Business, Industry News.
- Sense of Urgency understanding the importance of weekly bookings, monthly figures, selling specials etc.
- CRM Initiatives develop a rapport with Clients & Agencies and maintaining the same through effective two way communication, information dissemination & a little personal touch (e.g. sending Birthday, Anniversary wishes, Congratulatory Message on Professional achievements etc.)
