Responsibilities -

- Generating Business opportunities

- Contacting and Generating Leads through calls/mails/LinkedIn.

- Play an integral part in generating and converting new leads that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

- Responsible for full sales cycle & client servicing

- Acquire a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements.

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

- Serve as the link between communication between key customers and internal teams.

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and retention.

Requirements:

- Smart and Presentable candidate. (he or she will be the face of the brand, meeting and interacting with the clients.)

- Good command on English & Hindi. (Written & Verbal)

- Good experience as a key account Specialist. (Someone from digital KAM domain)

- Experienced in digital sales and providing solutions and also generating customer needs for digital.

- B2B Sales/IT Service Sales/Exhibition sales/Digital Marketing Sales experience preferred.

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
