Manager - Digital Product Marketing & Alliances - Online/eCommerce (5-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Product and Marketing :
1. New Digital Content Onboarding : Identifying the opportunities for new digital content services and on-boarding them for distribution.
2. Marketing and Promotions : Driving marketing and promotions to increase penetration of digital contents at epay channel partner's interfaces - Website / App.
3. Account Management : End-to-end account management of digital content partners including contracts, commercials and periodic business reviews.
4. Collaboration : Collaborating with sales team to enable new digital content services at epay channel partner's interfaces.
5. Analytical Ability : Utilizing analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple distribution channels and customer touch points.
6. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements in product / service positioning in coordination with epay channel partners.
7. Analysing adoption of products on the channel & making continuous improvements based on performance, trends & insights.
8. Source & evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
9. Communication & Liasioning :
a. Coordinate with epay channel partners on online product campaigns to raise product / service awareness and penetration.
b. Provides periodical reports and dashboards on the sales funnel and business updates to senior management.
c. Collaborate with various multinational digital content / service originators.
d. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, business development, and project management teams.
e. Create & present business updates to senior management.
