Experience Manager Digital - B2B Ecommerce for a Consumer Company
Our client is a very large company in the Indian space wanted to increase its reach in the B2B ecommerce (portals / App) space
- Build a B2B commerce platform
- Own all the digital B2B commerce platforms (APPs/Portals)
- Responsible for end-to-end management - from ideation to execution in aligned business timelines
- Understand enterprise system architecture and plan relevant integrations while avoiding duplication of effort
- Develop third party alliances and define engagement terms and SLAs
- Enable smooth operations
- Draft policy and process documents for standard operations across platforms.
- Manage content for the platform
- Work closely with IT, marketing, sales & external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Evolve a continuous product feature roadmap
- Conduct user research Track trends Benchmark competition
- Use data to draw insights and back decision making
- Set up platform analytics and set KPIs
- Track key metrics to improve platform performance
- B.Tech IT/CS, MBA in Marketing from premier B-Schools, batch 2016-20
- 2-5 yrs in product/marketing role with an understanding of retail operations.
- Experience with start-ups in building material/retail is preferred. Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Ideal candidate is someone who brings the best of traditional offline retail & distribution learnings to build a tech enabled platform .
- Passionate about building great products that solve customer and business problems.
- Ability to work across multiple teams
- Should be currently working as a Digital product managers in newage Tech companies / startups in Consumer/ Retail/ Infra companies
