Experience: 3-7 years of experience from Tier-1 As People Engagement Manager, the candidate will have the exciting role of bringing our new culture to life by engaging our people. Well versed with digital tools / Innovative means for measuring employee satisfaction ratio in the organisation. YOU WILL: - Develop the local engagement plan and content in partnership with the Region Engagement team - Lead and deploy corporate people engagement initiatives locally - Identify and activate influencers and supporters across the organization - Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement local initiatives that fit our people engagement purpose - Create and publish engaging content on OnePlace, in alignment with communications guidelines - Monitor and report the progress of people engagement initiatives - Provide feedback to the region on the effectiveness of the portfolio of engagement initiatives - Represent your market by sharing local and meaningful best-practices on employee engagement YOU BRING: - A passion for driving change through people and culture - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supplemented by storytelling ability - The ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels to participate in initiatives - Comprehensive experience in content management, with the ability to spot opportunities for content creation - Exceptional organization and time management skills, coupled with a creative and out-of-the-box attitude AND ALSO: - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - Proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (not mandatory but would be an advantage)
