Manager - Digital Outreach - B2B Services Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (8-12 yrs)

The incumbent will primarily be in charge of leading, developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the Firm and its services. The incumbent will also enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. As such, s/he will be expected to:

Social media campaigns (across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram)

- Create framework and guidelines for social media campaigns for identified practices or topics

- Help come up with interesting campaign ideas on legal themes, recruitment or other related ideas

- Identify key metrics and data analytics post campaign to evaluate success and modifications for future campaigns (ROIs and KPIs)

Lead the designing, development, maintenance of the Firm's website

- Enhancing and periodically revamping the Firm's website to ensure state-of-the-art UI/UX

- Develop microsites for specific practices

- Work on creating interactive and engaging features plus make content discovery easier

- Ensure multi-device and platform-agnostic performance across devices, browsers, etc.

- Create a basic client access portal for real time updates on billing and time spent updates

- Tracking engagement and data analytics with visitors to monitor performance and plan ahead

- Periodically brainstorm and discuss the content and layout of webpages with key stakeholders

Media: E-mail campaigns

- Discuss and support partners in running specific e-mail campaigns

- Identify and implement the right platform for mass mailing campaigns, compatible with Firm's CRM platform

- Identify key metrics and data analytics post campaign to evaluate success and modifications for future campaigns (ROIs and KPIs)


- Implement and review the webinar playbook and infrastructure

- Focus on measuring impact and post-webinar analytics / feedback for presenters

- Work with the Strategy Team on identifying any trends or key messages/follow-up post webinar to derive the maximum utility


- Commercial bent and practical, result-oriented approach

- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking

- Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at senior levels

- Autonomy and ability to run and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time

- Idenitfy and evaluate new digital technologies and Web analytics tools

- Maintaining relationships across different stakeholders within the Firm

- Ability to articulate and consistently implement the digital media + communications strategy for the Firm

- Business inputs on content creation and dissemination


- MBA, preferably in marketing from a tier I college.

- Prior business development / marketing / digital media engagement experience in a professional services firm with a project management role.

- Certification courses on digital media marketing, etc. are also welcome
