Job Description- Manager - Digital Marketing Summary of Position Location : Gurgaon Travel Requirement : 10-20 % Roles & Responsibilities - Ability to do marketing planning, budgeting, and product development - Ownership of the overall traffic delivery, user acquisitions and user engagement across major line of businesses - Complete ownership for end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns including online as well as offline marketing program - Increase retention rate using customized email marketing, SMS marketing, push notification etc - Develop multi-channel and multi format content for website, emails, ads, landing pages, social promotion, videos - Work closely with technology resources and coordinate with them to make changes as per the requirement - Have the ability to do data analytics on all the data sourced from any medium and take corrective decision to modify marketing budget on the basis of data - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and knowledge sources for working on all content and demand generation activities. - External vendor and partner management where ever required. - Should have ability to think and create future plan to create brand visibility in the market - Aptitude to understand technical, complex concepts and the ability to create marketing messages out of technical information - Partnership to increase the brand visibility in the market and position our brands as per the vision of the company - Have ability to manage team. - Ideate innovative ways of reaching target audience or meet defined marketing objectives. - Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEM practices, and emerging items of interest and sharing these with the team. - Implement and monitor tracking and reporting on KPIs across digital campaigns. - Go-getter and have the ability to multitask
