Expectations :

1. B2B digital marketing experience.

2. Content and social media strategy experience- Monthly newsletters, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter handle management and strategy on content.

3. Strong B2B user acquisition experience on the digital front. Also one of our goals is to build job seeker user base in parallel.

4. Ability to experiment on campaigns, run end to end campaigns, capture learnings and mistakes and accordingly adjust and pivot.

5. Work with the technology team on the product strategy and go to market strategy to build Arthan as the go to brand for jobs in the impact sector.

6. Manage the PR firm on deliverables, invoicing and maintaining strong expectations.
