JD for Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead some of our Key Training/ Certification Program Verticals, via B2C, B2B and Channel marketing activities. You'll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, especially Digital, covering SEO, SEM etc email campaigns, events, webinars, conferences, partnering with Associations, Advocacy Bodies and influencers besides crafting GTM & pricing strategies.

Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Responsibilities:

- Master company products conceptually and from a business standpoint

- Translate technical details into benefits for the user

- Be proficient at running Digital and Content Marketing Campaigns to ensure online dominance

- Follow and analyze market trends to position & price products

- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

- Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

- Run competitor surveys & intelligence gathering to benchmark features & innovations

- Plan and execute Expert Webinar Series, Advisory Board Meetings & Conferences, along with Competitions for the larger community

- Run customer & partner satisfaction surveys and translate learnings into process changes

- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Requirements

- Proven experience as a ProductMarketing Manager, Brand Manageror similar role

- A natural aptitude and interest for Technology along with deep experience working with technology solutions/ businesses will be a distinct advantage

- Background in design and copywriting is a plus

- Experience in market analysis

- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

- Excellent communication skills

- Keen eye for detail

- Creativity

- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

- Entrepreneurial skills will be a plus

- BSc/BA/ MBA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
