Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Co)
Role:
- Responsible for defining, implementing and managing the Digital Marketing strategy and campaigns for the Company across multiple brands/ channels
- Will work on the company's marketing technology stack including marketing automation, marketing data management, Website, digital analytics, email marketing, social media marketing etc.
- Work closely with other marketing managers/ medical teams to identify and prioritize a portfolio of digital marketing & customer engagement programs
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Understanding the macro shifts in how patients / doctors access information via different digital channels in India, predicting trends and informing the business of the same
- Content management for digital marketing platforms
- Responsible for managing partnerships / alliances with digital marketing vendors
Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing) from a Premier B-School
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing management and product management disciplines with an exposure to Pharma/ Medical Devices/ Diagnostics/ Consumer Healthcare space
- Min 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, and strong understanding of digital space / technologies
