Job Description:

- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for online and offline new business set up. Key owner of new consumer acquisition, giving them the best of user experience one com and company owned retail stores. Ideate and develop various marketing campaigns to build brand and drive consumers through organic and paid channels

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely for building business for short term and long-term goals.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the new business and drive qualified traffic to online and offline offerings

- Develop content and communication around brand building

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis

- Build relationship with key influencers to drive credibility for business

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key category influencers, agencies and vendors

- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts new consumers

- Design and develop marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and consumer acquisition tools

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Able to strategize on generating new consumer leads, consumer acquisition and lead organic growth on both online and offline business- Analyze consumer problem lead to suggest solution on unmet needs, develop and offer.

- Able to strategize on generating new consumer leads, consumer acquisition and lead organic growth on both online and offline business

- Able identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate consumers towards our business platform

- Understand Business Problems in various Areas like Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts and build product solutions to increase efficiency by automation and streamlined systems.

Essential Skillsets Required:

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords, Face book ad manager WebTrends etc)

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
