Manager - Digital Marketing Operations

Major Experience/ Skills Required :

- Multichannel management: Should have worked in digital/MCM channels like idetail, emails, web etc. Should have exposure to manage any tech issues that come with it

- Operations management: Should have managed revenues of 2 5 mn, managed multiple-small projects with short turn arounds every day. Manage multiple stakeholders internal and external

- Team management: Should have managed multiple teams of PM, Creative, Digital, Tech and not single team in large numbers.

- Project management: Planning, communicating with stakeholders, risk management etc

Job Description:

- Manage and improvise on overall project profitability and budgets through scope management, monitoring forecast and budget hours, managing billing based on contracted terms and ensuring timely client approvals productivity and revenue conversion of surplus hours. capacity and reducing cycle times

- Achieve high degree of client satisfaction through execution & delivery of small size / large size projects independently

- Improve the quality of proposals and increase the ratio of RFP's to RFQ's for large projects, be involved in time / effort estimates

- Manage projects for cost adherence and variance / deviations and revenue projections (+ , - 10% deviations in all projects)

- Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication

- Demonstrates capability of managing multiple projects independently

- Manage multifunctional teams and build a conducive work atmosphere

- Secure assets, conduct review meetings and obtain and document feedback to ensure timely completion of projects

- Generate cross selling and up-selling opportunities, and building sales leads through a regular process

Desired Profile:

- 10+ years of experience with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA + MBA/PGDM

- Experience in Project and Operations Management; Account Management, Service Management, Business Analysis & Consulting, Client servicing in Digital Marketing platform preferably.

- You should have a strong people management skills

- Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
