Google/FB marketing experience essential

We are looking for a bright, young digital marketing professional. The opportunity is huge to play a crucial role in growing the user base from 1 to 100.

Traditional and nontraditional channels, audience segmentation, retargeting, experimenting, and scaling what works. A sharp mind to think through ROIs to select and discard channels and campaigns.

Think out of the box to determine potential partners/deals or sources whom we should be tapping to reach out to a super targeted user base.

Its a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with industry stalwarts and yet build a team and the set-up from scratch.

What you'll do:

- Build plan & strategy to shape performance marketing for a Professional Matchmaking startup

- Regular interaction & insights sharing with internal teams to build the Performance Marketing Strategy for the company

- Plan new initiatives & experiments to explore future growth opportunities.

- Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management, Analytics activities for the company

Qualification Engineering degree/Maths/Stats someone who is very comfortable talking numbers and a problem solver.
