Manager - Digital Marketing - NBFC (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Execute marketing campaigns via digital platforms like Adwords, Bing, DV360 etc.

- Design, build and maintain social media presence (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram)

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Plan, execute and measure social media campaigns/Ads

- Working Knowledge of Press Release, Press Ads, Online web publications, managing of PR & creative Agencies

- Excellent English Speaking and Writing skill to create content for Marketing Collaterals,

EDMs Advertisements etc

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance of campaigns based on the insights

- Collaborate with internal teams to create Ads, landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Review conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

- Graduate and above with degree in marketing/digital Marketing or a related field

- Proven working experience in digital marketing and Social Media

- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Good Communication and writing skills

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and executing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns/ DV360/Bing campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
