Candidate Profile:
- A well accomplished Digital Marketing professional with either a reputed Brand or a reputed Digital agency with at least 10 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in Mobile industry.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing, social media and digital platforms.
- Strong capability to both develop a strong digital marketing strategy as well as translating the same in to a campaign creative direction.
- Quick learner and capability to make use of ongoing developments in digital platforms to unleash creative marketing.
- Well versed with SEO and Website development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills to work with various stakeholders and integrate campaign action.
- Very good analytical skills and knowledge of monitoring and analysing digital campaign KPIs.
- Experience of having worked with MNCs and Global Teams will be preferred.
- Experience of managing a mid level role in Digital Marketing for a company / brand is a must. Atleast the candidate should be reporting to the Head of Marketing of a large organization.
- Candidate should be from a reputed management institute.
- Candidate should have high degree of enthusiasm and understanding about technology.
Role:
- Formulating Digital Marketing strategy and execution of the same for building brand, new product salience and during product lifecycle.
- Managing the in-house design team and developing content by providing design direction and inputs for varied range of digital creatives.
- Setting and executing Digital Marketing Calendar and Social Media Calendar.
- Managing Digital and Social Media agency for Digital Creatives and Social Media Creatives development.
- Working with Digital Media team to innovate new digital marketing approaches through ongoing development on varied digital marketing platforms.
- Integrating digital marketing and social media marketing actions with external partner organisations and other functions within the organisations.
- Website and Store Page creative development.
- Competition Track and benchmarking.
- Social Influencers relationship management, content co-creation, social and digital marketing
- Digital Marketing Budget Management
- Analytics and activity impact reports preparation
