Manager - Digital Marketing & MIS - Outreach (3-5 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for developing, implementing and managing online campaigns and strategies to support and promote the Outreach activities. The person plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring customers. The role comes with the following responsibilities:
- Lead the Outreach Digital Marketing Team.
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns across Google/Social Media/Website
- Design, build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels
- Drive lead gen for Ashoka University programs on online platforms
- Measure and report performance of various digital marketing campaigns; and assess effectiveness against goals
- Identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights
- Brainstorm new and creative strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage Data Analytics, performance dashboards, KRA's for the team
Eligibility:
- Masters degree and/or Degree in Digital Marketing from a top tier institution
- 1 - 4 years of functional experience with premier organizations
- Demonstrated ability to drive successful digital campaigns
Skill Sets Required:
- Hands on technical experience in executing social media marketing Facebook/Google/Insta Ads
- Hands on experience in driving email campaigns
- SEO/SCM expertise desired
- Superior English language skills
- Exceptional creativity and design skills
