Looking for a strong digital person Develop a digital marketing strategy & program for the brands in the portfolio. The person will develop digital marketing programs that are aligned with the brand tasks.   - Lead and coach digital marketing efforts of the brand teams, to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the brand objectives  - Inspire external creative and technology agencies to develop and execute campaigns that test the limits of digital media while meeting the marketing objectives. S/He will be responsible for selection/ management of digital marketing agencies & vendors in this space. S/He will ensure that the agencies are appropriately staffed, have a good understanding of our brand strategies.  - Develop, agree and track key KPIs for digital initiatives.Build strong analytical capabilities in the ecosystem, by defining - what to measure- and - How to measure- for each digital initiative across search, social, display & mobile. Willingness to engage with Consumer & Market Research is critical for success.   - Work closely with cross functional teams across IT/Digital Services, Legal to ensure DM activities remain compliant with company policies.  - Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital ecosystem   - The incumbent will also also interact with digital marketers, learn from global case studies and exploit synergies/best practices.   Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications :  - Proven experience in digital marketing   - A nose for content. Proven ability to create content for consumer brands. An understanding of brand positioning, brand strategies and demonstrated ability to carry this understanding into creating digital marketing campaigns  - Strong understanding of the digital landscape and an ability to leverage this understanding to support the brand objectives.   - Experience in leading and inspiring best-in-class digital agencies.  - Strong project management skills, and proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, at once.   - The candidate should have stature that will help bring attention, and focus to digital marketing. Candidate should be perceived as a thought leader in the digital space  - Ability to present information and communicate effectively with a variety of teams and individuals, across functions and geographies.  - MBA with specialization in marketing, or mass communication.
