Role Summary: Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing activities
Key Result Areas
- Liaise with the internal stake holders, managed services agency to understand & implement journey requirements
- Good understanding & hands-on experience of Adobe marketing & analytics stack
- Plan & execute personalized customer journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion
- Creation & management of a campaign calendar for prospects & existing customer communication
- Automating cross-channel campaigns that leverage external analytics
- Daily optimisation of campaigns, A/B testing, Multivariate testing across different campaigns to achieve campaign objectives
- Test and troubleshoot campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions and ensure accurate synchronization between the Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Apply marketing automation best practices to -
a) nurture new leads
b) generation of incremental business from existing customer base,
c) automation activities on website
- Proficient in designing brand communication. Should be able to write marketing briefs, write copy and work with designers / creative agency to bring communication to life
- Ensure compliance with the organization's communication rules and policies
- Good knowledge of independently configuring marketing tools for execution; experience with customizations
- Creating reports / dashboards for campaign metrics
E Skills Required
- Understanding of different digital marketing activities and tools
- Hands-on experience on digital marketing automation tools
- Should have deep understanding of tools including but not limited to Adobe Marketing Stack (Analytics, SEM, Campaign Management system), Google Analytics
- Good to have experience in: ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Adwords, Facebook ads
- The incumbent should have good communication skills. Must be able to articulate a good communication brief and evaluate creative content in line with the given brief
- Knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry will be good but not mandatory
- Basic Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Good presentation skills - both in making decks as well as presenting thoughts and ideas
Essential Desired
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any field MBA (Marketing \ Communication\ Media) or Masters with a leading institute
Experience 8-9 years
