Role Title : Digital Marketing Manager

An extremely exciting opportunity with - market leading industrial and military UAV manufacturing organisation. A decade and a half old Organisation that has multiple IPs to its credit and has a state of the art in-house R&D, design, manufacturing, software, services and training operations, which give them the flexibility to customize products for an array of requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy for the organization and spearhead its execution to drive demand and generate a healthy marketing pipeline.
- Build websites from scratch and use past customer data to optimise the UI/UX of the website. Own the entire website and make it the best touch point for a customer.
- Balance the SEO and other digital metrics for a good experience.
- Develop a robust content marketing plan across the website and social media to target the customers and prospects to nurture and convert them
- Enable automations across the marketing funnel enabling the entire journey of the prospect to the customer a smooth one.
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the organization's website via SEO, SEM, SMM and PPC.
- Analyse key metrics that unit website traffic and service quotas. Constantly monitor and compare to competitor metrics.
- Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across website, PPC, social media and email platforms to generate qualified leads for business development teams while adhering to budgets
- Partner and communicate with internal resources to produce assets supporting inbound/outbound marketing programs, including sales enablement.
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
Educational, Experience and Personality Attributes :
- Masters degree with Marketing specialization with 5 - 8 years of relevant and high quality experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a great content building ability.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships and work closely with customers and in-house business teams
- Past track record of growth hacks & new initiatives, experience in exponential growth startups and international digital experience will be big bonus.
