Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Roadmap:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Define KPIs, campaign goals, and team deliverables.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
- Drive qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns.
- Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social channels.
- Oversee cold outreach: emails, messaging, and calling.
LinkedIn & Social Media Marketing:
- Craft high-impact LinkedIn content.
- Launch paid LinkedIn ads with precise targeting.
- Boost audience engagement and follower growth.
Content & SEO Oversight:
- Manage content and SEO teams.
- Approve content calendars, keyword strategies, and blog topics.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with SEO goals.
Website & Blog Strategy:
- Handle on-page and technical SEO.
- Maintain publishing cadence with keyword-focused blogs.
- Monitor SEO performance and traffic metrics.
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership:
- Drive reviews/testimonials and guest podcast content.
- Support brand leaders in becoming industry thought leaders.
Partnerships & Co-Marketing:
- Develop referral systems and co-branded campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners and industry allies.
Events & Campaign Calendar:
- Maintain a monthly and quarterly campaign calendar.
- Lead execution for webinars and industry events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital marketing (preferably B2B, SaaS, or D2C).
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing (both organic and paid).
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content, and campaign planning.
- Experience managing teams (SEO/content).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with a test-and-optimize mindset.
