Digital Marketing Manager / Inbound Marketing Manager (b2b SaaS startup)

The role:

Your role will be at the intersection of lead generation, sales & product management teams. Understanding the product is at the foundation of this position, and communicating the value (not just marketing-wise but internally as well) forms one of the most key pillars of your responsibilities. If you're aspiring to become a CMO of a fast paced tech startup in a few years, this can be a defining opportunity for you to lay the stepping stones to that summit.

You will have three primary objectives:

1. Brand positioning (create a unique brand voice to attract the right customers)

2. Content strategy (content calendar+marketing and some writing too)

3. Demand generation (paid/performance marketing, strategic partnerships)

NOTE: experience/expertise in any 2 is mandatory for being considered for this job.

Primary responsibilities:

- Define the product positioning, create brand voice and structure the marketing funnel

- Create content strategy with content team for BoFu (bottom of the funnel) marketing that scores strong SEO points

- Build value-proposition driven customer content (Testimonials, Use Cases, Case Study, Sales decks, Marketing collateral)

- Collaborate with sales, product and success teams to keep consistent messaging across platforms

- Improve the MQL (marketing qualified lead) process with creative tactics

- Closely work with the sales team to improve product pitching across mediums and platforms

- Execute the content calendar from idea to publishing (with Content team)

- Ideate and execute online events like podcasts, webinars and customer-conferences

- Keep tabs on competition strategies to stay up to date with market trends

Apply only if you have:

- Real, on-the-job experience in same or similar role

- At least 3+ years of digital/online marketing experience

- Past work in lead-generation (via inbound marketing), a plus

- Hands-on expertise of content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC (FB ads)

- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral

- An energetic and expressive work style

- Strong work-ethic to deliver independently, remotely, with least supervision

- High level of self-discipline and accountability

- BONUS points: already worked in b2b SaaS startups
