Key requirements : - We are looking for digital marketing professionals to build the brand. - Candidates with a strong combination of performance and branding in digital, with experience of consumer brands. - You must have experience in digital marketing to a target audience of millennials. The proven ability to understand the customer insights and create experiences to attract this audience, is essential. - Candidates from consumer, restaurant and hospitality brands are preferred, but must have millennial marketing experience. This could also be from an agency, managing these brands. - Experience of social media, google adwords, performance marketing analytics and content development. The following skills and responsibilities are key : 1. Customer Insights : - Understanding customer preferences and behaviors specific to the brand 2. Experience Strategy Formulation : - Define/Refine respective brand strategies - Develop the marketing budget for the respective brand 3. New outlet launch : - Create strategy for the launch of the new outlets - Finalize the look and feel of the outlet 4. Culinary Strategy : - Define/Refine culinary strategy for the brand - Develop/Refine a standard menu for the brand 5. Business-As-Usual : - Review performance of the brand and marketing ROI Key Performance Indicators in each role are : 1. Retention and growth of repeat customers 2. Addition of new customers 3. Brand engagement (Social Media) 4. Delivery of business plan for the brand
