Title : Manager - Digital Marketing Reporting to : CEO Experience : 3-5 years + Location : Gurgaon (Golf Course Road) 6 days a week Requirements : - Preferably female with a keen interest and understanding of fitness, nutrition, health, ayurveda domain - Excellent Spoken and Written English Communication Skills Primary Goals : - To ensure that company's reach increases steadily and organically by writing, improving and planning content and increasing its knowledge base and content-pool. - To diligently analyse VoC for company and use feedback to plan and action strategies for improving conversion rate of the online store. - Analyse Content on all digital assets and properties. Correct, restore and Improve its readability, and engagement. - Ideate, Learn, and formulate new strategies to increase Reach for our product portfolio, and forge alliances with synergistic partners, outlets, brands, and wellness centres. - Monitoring and reporting: Managing and responding to inbound leads &amp; messages, weekly and monthly reports with key metrics. Outcomes : In order to achieve the above primary goals, the following outcomes should happen : 1. Help create and maintain, the basic digital platforms Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc and engage with the community there. 2. Manage the Digital Footprint or Assets to get maximum traffic flowing to its blog and flagship content base. 3. Coordinate with the Content Team, and curate content. Share it on the digital assets (5-6 updates /day) and tracking their effectiveness on a daily basis. 4. Actively talk, and get feedback with customers, and find out areas of improvement. Map the feedback into actionable points, and take action to improve the sales conversion. 5. Create, manage and optimize paid advertisements on FB, Google and other PPC platforms. 6. Coordinate and help the creation of content LinkedIn Articles, Whitepapers, advertisements with stakeholders 7. Customer Profiling Researching the prospects and profiling of the influencers. Maintaineance, creation and execution of customized email campaigns using Mailerlite Autoresponder Tools 8. Meticulous progress record keeping of strategy outcomes from paid and organic campaigns. 9. Creation of customized presentations for prospects / new business areas. 10. Developing a mechanism for post customer feedback and leveraging customer contacts. 11. Recruit influencers, bloggers, partners, alliances for expanding reach and product footprint. 12. Expand team knowledge by learning from domain marketers, and hand-crafting digital summaries from it. 13. High Proficiency level in PowerPoint, Word, and above Average in MS Excel 14. High fluency in Spoken and Written English. 15. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email tools like Mailerlite, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Cloudflare, and Facebook Ads, and Amazon SellerCentral. 16. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Essentially, you should have what it takes to become a - Swiss Army Knife for building a brand- You are driven by creativity and can work in a small team environment to improve ideas and quickly test, implement and execute.
