Manager - Digital Marketing - Global School Business (5-10 yrs)

About Company

Our client is a leading global co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2-18 having it's first campus in India based out of Pune. The school will follow the English National Curriculum and IGCSEs with students progressing to the IB Diploma Programme offering unparalleled excellence in sports, music, and the arts.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. With experience of single handedly driving multi-channel lead generation campaigns.

- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Strong Analytical ability to drive Digital intelligence and data driven thinking. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Knowledge of Marketing automation tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, etc

- Excellent knowledge of social media and website metrics. Should be able to drive content marketing both organically and paid

- Strong experience of website analytics tools

- Demonstrable experience with web personalization tools and campaigns

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Plan, execute, and measure web focused A/B and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Well versed with creating customer experience journey and value maps

- Prior experience in creating website traffic plan and goal driven traffic campaigns

- Experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising

- Create campaigns in tandem with the overall communications module that are governed by the global brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5 to 10 years

- Education: Any Graduation or Any Post graduation (Preferred Fulltime MBA, PGDM/PGDBM )

- Certifications in Google Adwords & Analytics

- Industry domain knowledge in schools / Education.

- Experience with Email marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven work experience with International Schools
