We are looking for a seasoned online sales professional for a Large Business House having businesses in Higher Education, Vocational education, Foods and Food Industry Material, Lending etc, someone who manages the process end to end. As discussed, her/his main KPI is total sales generated online, rest everything will be subsumed under it. The person will be managing our digital agency also which will execute the campaigns and feed all the required analytics. Product categories are: Food products, Nutraceuticals, Organic Personal Care products as well as ingredients such as essential oils etc. These are initially expected to be B2B2C and eventually transition to B2C as well. Job Description - Drive building of new business processes and reporting to support the broader e-com team. - Develop and maintain the company's e-commerce business plan - Solidify the brand portfolio's position in the online marketplace, driving sales strategy and execution while also utilizing online marketplace best practices - Manage e-commerce partners including listing, design, online advertising campaigns and reputation management - Conceive, launch and manage the sales of the company's new products online to help grow revenue and establish dominance in core categories - Deep knowledge of Amazon marketing and PPC campaigns is a plus - Manage expansion of web site functions and release schedules. - Utilize site analytics to understand overall health of the site and lead changes as appropriate to meet site KPIs. - Ensure execution of promotions and markdowns in partnership with merchandising team. - Owns conversion and communication of sales goals into daily operating goals of product availability, fulfillment, and customer experience. - Serve as key business lead, with project management for website functionality, maintenance, and development to ensure that the site offers a compelling shopping experience consistently. - Manage external agency to ensure they are delivering on time, on budget and meeting/exceeding deliverable quality. - Uncover opportunities to improve margin through efficiencies in operating model - Lead mobile and desktop optimization and guest experience. - Setting up campaigns and promotions on the website, Amazon, Flipkart. - Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date - Content management Management of all content on the websites and the APP
