1. Build Company brand in the Digital Space:
- Define strategic roadmaps and deploy digital solutions across Social, YouTube, Email, PPC & App PUSH channels to ensure growth of the brand in the Digital space
- Develop a robust relevant content (videos, articles, blog pieces, info-graphics, picture stories etc.) to support campaign objectives
- Define metrics for initiatives and campaigns and monitor performance.
2. Product Communication on Digital Platforms:
- In line with Product Marketing roadmap, develop product communication
- Manage digital communication for product launches, product sustenance.
3. Managing Online Backend-
- Get Hands-on with managing various tools (AEM, Hybris) associated with supporting hilti website.
- Create funnels on Google Analytics to track the user journey.
- Give recommendations on improving UI/UX, Content layout, Trade specific homepages, editorial pages, Blogs & Articles to create a highly engaging user experience on the website.
4. Coordinate with Marketing Agency for:
- Establishing Dominance in search (SEO) for Brand and relevant business search terms to generate traffic and leads.
- Develop and implement social media framework across social platforms.
- Drive media campaigns and digital integrations to support Big Campaign Launches, Generate leads/subscriptions, program registrations and participation.
- In Q2 2018, Plan and manage online performance campaigns on digital platforms - Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Text ads, Google Shopping Ads (PLA) & Re-marketing for select categories & generate leads/direct sales through website.
5. Analytics & Planning:
- Tracking conversion funnels and translating raw data into actionable insights supporting short- and long-term strategic objectives through internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics
Preferred-
- 6-7 yrs of experience in Digital Marketing.
- 2-3 years in e-commerce preferred.
- Hands-on experience in aforesaid tasks preferred.
- Agency handling experience a big plus.
- Candidates with Online Product management + Digital Experience will be given preference.
- Hands-on experience in both or atleast one - Google Analytics or Omniture.
