Job Description - Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

Client Details

Our client is a Global organization and is looking to hire someone for their Digital Marketing function.

Description

Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible to:

- Craft and subsequently execute the digital strategy roadmap & plan for the brand & its key categories to come up with the best way to use all the avenues that digital as a medium offers to help meet business, brand & category objectives

- Establish standards, KPIs and benchmarks for evaluating the impact of all digital marketing initiatives/platforms and modify digital marketing strategy accordingly

- Work closely with the category teams, the digital creative and media agencies to craft campaigns in line with the above strategy plan, with clearly defined evaluation metrics and ensure timely execution

- Ensure that the brand is consistently active (not only when it's convenient for us) and engaging its audiences on social media across key, relevant platforms

- Manage (& create where needed) all digital assets for the company i.e. our main corporate website, our consumer-facing website, temporary micro-sites etc.

- This includes ongoing optimization, performance improvements and site evaluation to anticipate the evolving needs of user

- Drive content creation on an ongoing basis: Manage existing influencers and content creators for the same and increase our network over time; also work towards building our own infrastructure for content creation (mainly recipes)

- E-commerce: Work with the E-com team to grow our business online, leverage Amazon Marketing Services to grow our business on Amazon.

- Keep abreast of and highlight the latest tech interventions that can help our business grow

- Be a spoc for all things digital internally

Profile

- Ideally should have at least 2-3 years of digital account/strategy planning experience and be a pro at putting together digital roadmaps for brands

- Sound understanding of key social media platforms - FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter + YT - including targeting/advertising options and solutions

- Have a user based (rather than just the technical aspects) understanding and knowledge of Search, SEO, Display (+ other relevant online advertising solutions).

- Should be well clued into, if not hands-on, with the latest asset technology from a website, apps perspective

- A medium 'expert' who gets the business and brand side of things; gets that digital is about meaningful interactions and interventions, not impressions, likes and followers and has a healthy distaste for 'trending' on Twitter
