Role : Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG
Digital Marketing Manager Position with a leading FMCG, Food & Beverage client:
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Campaign Execution And Optimization
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies
- Manage and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Blogs and Twitter
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Track key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage day to day execution and optimization of marketing campaigns consisting of email flows and web page builds
- Completing campaigns and page builds according to agreed timelines and communicating any roadblocks to the founder
- Understand basic data analysis. Be able to make decisions based on ROI & trends based on past results of campaigns
- Demonstrates ability to adhere to project & relationship management expectations outlined by the team.
Must Have :
- Min 5 -10 years of experience in Digital Marketing space
- Proven experience in promotions, merchandising, and creating effective customer web experiences on eCommerce platform
- Report against sales targets (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Understanding and ability to manage key metrics, from traffic and purchase conversion to page load times.
- Familiarity with all of the components that make up a great web experience: Visual Design, UX, Content, Paid Media, SEO, and Social,
- Excellent communication skills - both Verbal and Written - SEO / SEM/ Google Analytics
