Marketing Manager (Digital)
Reports to: Zonal Marketing Head South Zone & National Digital Marketing head
Reportees : Nil
Job Role :
- Manage and spearhead the Zone to partner with accounts/trade to drive their digital objectives by supporting them in various social and digital media acts.
- Drive digital marketing presence for all PRI brands across on/off-trade partners.
- Adopt new-technology solutions and platforms to improve brands visibility at retail.
- Integrate digital into all Innovation projects to drive product launch, trials, feedback and sales
- Manage and operate National Initiatives / Tools and integration at regional level, in coordination with sales team.
- Work closely in coordination with digital team at corporate office to enable dissemination of paid, owned and earned media across zones.
QUALIFICATION: MBA from good institute.
Essential/Must-have :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in renowned agency or brand managing,
- Should have good understanding of all social media platforms and spent minimum 3 years on digital & social media initiatives.
- Has ran and managed campaigns which delivered Digital KPIs
- Good understanding of Data Analytics and Budgets related to digital projects
Desirable/Good to have: Post Graduation in Business Management / Marketing Management
EXPERIENCE:
Essential/Must-have:
1. Preferably from FMCG Industry with successful stint in managing digital marketing operations at on-ground level
2. Worked for known brands in digital media/advertising agencies
Desirable/Good to have :
- 2-3 years of experience in managing trade marketing operations experience.
- Client-side experience will be preferable
- Should have basic understanding & experience of technology involved to anchor digital campaigns
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Essential/Must-have:
1. Established Digital and Social Media/Community Management for trade marketing partners
2. Experience in Media Buying-Track record of increasing digital reach and engagement through various digital initiatives
3. Experience delivering significant social media marketing campaigns
Desirable/Good to have: Working knowledge of paid and owned aspects of digital media.
LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES :
Essential/Must-have: Have an ability to work in individual capacity while being self-motivated.
Desirable/Good to have: Digital IT domain knowledge.
