Leading FMCG company is hiring for a senior role in Digital Marketing. Candidates with at least 4 years experience in Digital Marketing need apply.
Main Duties and Functions
- Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy that directly supports business growth
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
- Plan and execute all web, email, social media, mobile and display advertising campaigns
- Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage the e-commerce business across all portals in terms of brand visibility, product listings and campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including new media opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Commercial Excellence etc.) to create & optimize user experiences
- Analyze, evaluate and define end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Maintain a digital dashboard that tracks brand performance across the life nutrition portfolio
- Monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness
- Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance
- Secure maximum online media coverage for brand campaigns. Establish and build relationships with key influencers, industry leaders to ensure media buzz.
- Manage day to day Digital Marketing partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the Corporate Digital Marketing team in driving the Digital Transformation agenda
