Opening for Digital Marketing Manager with FinTech Company,Mumbai

job Description:

Job Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, based out of Mumbai. The person will own Online Marketing (performance + social page management) and will work with the agency to deploy, monitor and strategize ad& content serving on various online platforms.

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Driving successful digital marketing strategies for multiple brands Hence, he/ she should have diverse industry knowledge, preferably in BC banking, ecommerce, insurance, loan, etc

2. Efficiently strategizing marketing content (Calendar) for different TGs in the ecosystem

3. Partnering with internal and external creative agencies to conceptualize and implement the communication on social touchpoints

4. Excellent copy writing skills

5. Drive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, and marketing funnel

6. Exploring & implementing new digital assets(TikTok, ShareChat, Truecaller, etc) to acquire & engage with the retailers

7. Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360-degree campaigns

8. Research, assess and implement best and emerging industry practices

Key Skills:

1. Expert understanding of Facebook and Google marketing platforms and proficiency in other digital marketing channels

2. Working experience in advanced excel

3. Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategy

4. Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies on Facebook and Google.

5. Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketing.

6. Ability to think through the user journeys and optimize communication on all touchpoints

Requirement :

1. Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital Marketing

2. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.

3. Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

4. Should have a relevant industry experience of 6-8 years

5. Should have a previous hands on experience on Facebook and Google marketing tools

6. B2B marketing in Fintech/ Finance industry will be preferred.
