Job Opening for Digital Marketing Manager with Fin-Tech Company
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team to define and understand the overall business objectives, Sales and Marketing objectives and translate the same into digital marketing objectives; define the workplan, budget and targets for each level in digital marketing and take full responsibility to deliver these
- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
- Build a complete digital strategy for the brand
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence and brand in all relevant channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Skills Required :
- Proven working experience in building brands through digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 4-5+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Prior experience with CRM such as SalesForce / Hubspot would be a helpful
- Experience in a start-up sales environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent
