Our Client is a reputed & a well known Financial Services firm based in Mumbai

Job Title : Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Driving Leads for the business through SEO, Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook), Programmatic, Third Party Affiliates, Programmatic, digital associations and sponsorships, Native advertising and Emailers to aid business in achieving sales targets.

- Must have in-depth expertise and past experience of using all Paid Marketing platforms and tools - such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics 360, Google keyword tool, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Data studio etc

- Should be able to evaluate and manage the Paid agencies, and ensure they work towards achieving their day-to-day targets and deliverables

- Needs to co-ordinate with the Paid agency on a daily basis and suggest changes and additions to the existing campaign, and brainstorm with the agency on new platforms and ad units that can be experimented.

- The main focus needs to be to optimize all paid campaigns - reducing CPLs and CPA, increase lead contactability and validity, and optimizing the business funnel from lead to end conversion.

- Coordinate with the stakeholders to get content and creatives for brand and performance campaigns which have persuasive communication which will help drive interest for the products

- Should know how to track all campaigns and measure performance, coordinate with IT and website team for code/pixel placement and tracking, and manage all tracking errors.

- The role includes being able to extract insights and learnings from all media campaigns, and share them with the call centre and operations team for better conversions

- Coordinate with Call centre on a daily/weekly basis to understand how to better quality of leads and manage lead flow

- To run Employee and group employee campaigns to drive higher penetration of the product

- Support Brand Building activites in the Digital space through campaigns promoting own / paid digital assets such as Website, Applications, Social Media, Content Marketing and Advertising.

- Enhance Customer Experience on Digital by evaluating the customer's behaviour on our online channels/assets through analytics and cookie tracking, and help design easy customer journey online

- Manage and maintain our Digital, SEO, Creative agency and drive their deliverables basis the timelines defined. Also, coordinating with internal IT, product, compliance, brand and other teams for getting work done. Needs to also look into vendor agreements, invoices, estimates and provision and ensure billing and payments happen on time

- Design and drive the SEO strategy for the organisation.

- Drive Oragnic growth of the website traffic and increase the keyword listing in the TOP 10 ranking for search engines.

- Planning and execution for on-page and off-page Optimizations projects.

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

- Collects customer data and analysis interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Drive the ownership of website content. Content strategy and execution will be key to this deliverable.

- Conducting technical audits on the website and getting recommendations resolved with the digital team.

- Publishing month report on progress and user behavior to senior leadership.

Job Requirement :

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute with minimum 4 years of work experience

- On hands experience of Digital campaigns on publishers, Programmatic, Paid campaigns on search platforms etc.

- Using and marketing tech platforms like MOZ, SEM Rush, Notify Visitors along with the use of analytic tools like GA 360 is mandatory.

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.

- Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights out of data with excellent skill in MS Excel & MS Power point.

- Certifications : Google certification / Digital Marketing certification preferred

- Additional Qualifications: Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube will be an added advantage
